The working principle of Markem Imaje print head

Markem Imaje CIJ Printers mean that the ink line is continuously deflected in a non-contact situation and the character is printed on the surface of the product.

1. Non-contact: it means that the Markem Imaje print head has no mechanical contact with the object.

2. Continuous: it refers that the Markem Imaje ink is continuous flow once opened, even if not printed.

5. Deflection: electrostatic deflection of ink droplets into words.

The working principle of Markem Imaje print head is as follows:

1. Piezoelectric crystal oscillator: transfer continuous pressurized ink from electrical energy to sound energy and Markem Imaje nozzle G produce 62,500 ink drops per second.

2. The Markem Imaje ink is sprayed from the nozzle to form the same volume of ink droplets, which are selectively charged.

3. Ink spot detection can optimize charging.

4. The charged ink droplets deflect and form words.

5. Uncharged ink spots are recovered by recycling tank.

Advantages: The unique ink line speed control system. It monitors changes in the environment (temperature and humidity) in real time and adjusts the Markem Imaje ink viscosity to adapt to this change, thus optimizing the print quality.
