How to repair detection failure of Linx Printer charging ink spot

In order to enable the droplet to be well charged, Linx Printer has a charging detection accessory called the phase detector. If the droplet charge is not good, the machine will report the charging ink spot detection failure.

There are three reasons for the failure of charging ink spot detection:

1. The ink drop of Linx nozzle split is not good. The modulation voltage is not qualified. The ink viscosity is not normal. The pressure is not suitable, or it may be the crystal pole damage, but the probability of crystal pole damage is relatively small.

2. Linx printer ink deterioration and ink expiration. Water in the ink affects charging or it has precipitation in the ink.

3. Charging circuit, phase detection circuit problems or charging slot dirty, which results in sticky ink. It is also possible that the charging slot is damaged.

After understanding the cause of the failure of the charging ink spot detection, the solution will be found. Here's how to fix it:

1. Check the split, if the split is not normal, we need to adjust the modulation voltage, and observe the change until appropriate.

2. Check the Linx printer charging slot health. Charging slot dirty must be cleaned.

3. Check whether Linx ink is expired; Check whether there is a gap between the set value of ink viscosity and the current value to determine the viscosity of the ink. A quick and direct way is to replace the ink.

Linx ink viscosity refers to the viscosity of the ink, not the concentration. Linx Printer has high viscosity requirements for ink.Viscosity, concentration and temperature have a certain relationship. The higher the concentration temperature, the higher the viscosity. Therefore, the Linx printer should set different ink viscosity values at different temperatures. If there is a large gap between the current viscosity and the current set value, printer's inkjet effect is not good, and the ink viscosity fault is reported.
