Solutions for Domino AX Series Printer Inspection Failure

Domino AX Series Printer working theory: When pressured ink is sprayed out from Domino Nozzle, Domino Driver Rod will shake with required frequency (rarely changed) and Amplitude to separate the ink into dots, and then charge them as needed. The ink dots charged with different power will be deflected by electric force generated by the high voltage electric field. Meanwhile, through conveyor's delivery of the products, the moving will generate relevant required graphic information.

Reasons for charged ink dots inspection failure during the using of Domino AX Series Printer:

1. Bad ink split: Might be reasons of unsuitable modulated voltage, inappropriate pressure, abnormal ink viscosity, or even broken of Domino Driver Rod.

2. Deterioration of ink or water in the ink will affect ink dots charging process.

3. Charging shorted, phase detecting circuit problem.

4. Domino Charge Electrode is dirty, sticked with ink.

5. Broken of Domino Charge Electrode.

How to solve problem of Domino AX Series Printer charged ink dots inspection failure?

1. Checking whether the Domino AX Series Printer ink split process is normal. If it is abnormal, the modulated voltage can be adjusted, and keep on checking the changes.

2. Check whether Domino Charge Electrode is dirty. If it is dirty, please clean it.

3. Check whether the setting value of Domino Viscometer is much different with the present value? Please checking the ink viscosity, if the present viscosity value is too high, please add suitable solvent to the ink container; if too low, please change to new ink.
