Domino A320i printer i-Tech model installation process

Make sure the Domino printer parts are complete and the quantity of consumables is sufficient.

1. Unpack and take out the Domino A320i printer.

2. Unscrew the guide tube and insert the Domino A320i print head into the cover support.

3. Open the Domino A320i printer ink path system door and remove the packaging materials / objects inside.

4. Insert the power cable into the socket on the back of the machine and the external socket.

5. Remove the Domino Qube from the packaging box, place a paper towel under the Qube socket, lubricate the Qube socket with cleaning solution, and throw away the paper towel with Domino printer ink.

6. Place a paper towel under the check Domino valve in the ink circuit system chassis. Gently lubricate the check Domino valve with the same cleaning solution, and then discard the paper towel with Domino ink.

7. Place the Domino Qube in the ink system chassis,then push the Qube output tube into the check valve until the yellow Qube clip snaps into grooves on both sides of the Domino Qube.

8. Remove the sealing plug from the Domino printer ink cartridge and insert the ink cartridge into the Qube.

9. Remove the sealing plug from the Domino solvent cartridge and insert the solvent cartridge into the Qube.

Domino A320i series printer system exhaust:

1. Press the power-on button on the front panel and wait for the Domino A320i printer to start.

2. Once the Domino A320i printer is on the home screen, go to the menu below: machine setup / product data / create Qube data.

3. Enter the Qube data code printed on the Domino Qube.

4. Enter the ink data code printed on the ink cartridge.

5. Follow the prompts to enter the extended ink data code printed on the ink cartridge.

6. Follow the prompts to enter the solvent box code.

7. Once these data have been entered, the Domino A320i series printer performs a low pressure venting process while allowing the ink to enter the system.
