Videojet 43S printer common faults and maintenance methods

First, the Videojet 43S inkjet printer ink line has no breakpoints:

 

1. The Videojet 43S ink has a very high or low viscosity, and the replacement of the Videojet ink is re-run;

 

2. The Videojet 43S nozzle is clogged and the Videojet Nozzle is cleaned;

 

Second, the Videojet 43S ink line breakpoint is not good, resulting in blurring of the word:

 

1. If the breakpoint value is not adjusted properly, adjust the breakpoint value and adjust it while spraying, until the appropriate value is obtained;

 

2. The phase light is always on or off;

 

3. Videojet 43S inkjet printer ink viscosity is not correct, adjust the ink viscosity;

 

4. The nozzle is slightly blocked and the nozzle opening procedure is executed;

 

5. The main filter is clogged, cleaning and replacing the main filter;

 

6. The ink pressure is not properly adjusted, and the ink pressure is adjusted according to the user manual;

 

Third, the Videojet 43S pump ink is always on:

 

1. The Videojet Filter is clogged and the filter is replaced;

 

2. The degree of vacuum is too large, the intake pressure is low or the ink pressure is high, and the air pressure and vacuum of each part are adjusted according to the user manual;

 

3. Check if there is any ink leakage inside the Videojet 43S.

 

Four, the Videojet 43S phase light is always on or off:

 

1. The nozzle parts (charging pole, detecting pole, high voltage board, negative board) are wet or dirty, and the parts of the nozzle are cleaned with a cleaning agent and wait for it to dry;

 

2. The ink line is too far away from the detection pole, adjust the ink line position, the standard distance is within 1mm;

 

3. There may be strong magnetic field interference around the Videojet 43S inkjet printer, and the printer will be kept away from the strong magnetic field source.

 

Five, Videojet 43S can not spray any characters:

 

1. The parameter setting is incorrect. Please follow the instructions in the user manual to set each parameter.

 

2. The editing is not correct, or there is no editing characters, please clear the screen to edit;

 

3. The position of the photoelectric switch is improperly adjusted to adjust the position of the photoelectric switch;

 

4. There is no high voltage on the high voltage board (use the insulated screwdriver to test whether the high voltage board is ignited and the fire is strong or weak), high pressure and humidity, wait for a while and try again after stopping printing;

 

5. The MCU board is disturbed by the external magnetic field, and the Videojet 43S inkjet printer is kept away from the strong magnetic field source and restarted.

 

Sixth, Videojet 43S nozzle blockage:

 

1. Use a nozzle wrench to remove the nozzle and put it in a container filled with thinner or cleaning agent for a while and then try again;

 

2. If there is an ultrasonic cleaning machine, it can be cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaning machine.

 

The failure of the Videojet 43S printer is generally in the ink path. When the Videojet printer is used for a long time, it is necessary to check the interface of the Videojet solenoid valve and the filter; check whether the printer is grounded and adjust the usage environment to reduce the maintenance cost of the Videojet 43S.
